I wanted to repeat the autotune on my new small quad this morning. Winds were calm - seemed like a good opportunity.
After climbing to altitude, the copter stayed in place, and the copter sent a continuous string of “pilot overrides active” messages.
The copter never performed any autotune twitches - after several minutes.
I’d never had this happen before. I’d appreciate any suggestions on troubleshooting. Thanks!
Pilot overrides means that it is seeing that the RC sticks have moved outside of their neutral state. You can probably re-calibrate the transmitter or increase dead-zones to fix this. Make sure your transmitter trims are set to 0 as well!

Those messages started as soon as you entered Auto Tune @ ~10m and due to the reason @Allister gave it climbed ~20 more meters while producing those messages.
