Autonomous boat with Multibeam Sonar

Hi all,

I thought you might like to see our setup. We haven’t seen many boats with a multibeam setup, typically only single beam sonars seem to be used.

The vessel is 1.9m LOA and has a beam of 1.2m.

50 amp hours of battery, with a remote survey system onboard. In this video we had the multibeam sonar fitted.

Currently its an inhouse project, we have since revised it to now be bolted connections to allow us to ship it as needed.
