Auto issue - moving toward WP1 only for several meters

Hi all,
Have my copter, after sw upgrade (3.2.1) and re-config auto mode doesn’t work as expected.
I perform take off in stabilize, switches to auto, copter moves toward first WP (which are app. 50meters away) for 3 - 5 meters and just stopped - hovering, RTL mode works perfectly well from any distance. There is auto mode at the end of attached log - performed as described (3 meters toward WP1, and hovering on the same place), than RTL due to battery Failsafe - return and land at home position.
Would be great appreciate for any comments and suggestion.

Solved -
VEL_Z_P parameter was set to 0, as I understand copter couldn’t achieve desirable altitude.
