Auto Analyze not working on brand new Data Flash logs

I have downloaded the latest data flash logs from my IRIS (running the latest 3.2 firmware). The log files look good in Notepad+. But when I click Auto-Analyze and pick one of my files, I see a bunch of BAD LINE messages on the Mission Planner console and then an error dialog saying “Float Argument Required” and then after I dismiss that alert I see another with “Bad input file”.

Should Auto-Analyze just work this way? Using MP 1.3.12.1 build 1.1.5434.14510.

Turns out I was generating the logs from the wrong place in Mission Planner. I should have been using the Flight Data/DataFlash Logs portion of the UI and not the Terminal portion. When I do the log collection that way then Auto Analysis seems to work.
