I’ve looked through this page

But there’s still entries that aren’t explained. For example, I’ve got ERR ecode of 2 with subsystem 16. Looking at the page, I see that 2 is radio, but there’s no subsystem listed for it. Similarly, my MODE data is not a string as the site says it should be, but rather 0 or 2.
Is there a definitive spot to find info on all these entries?
