Aruducopter not using rangefinder reading as altitude

The estimated altitude continuously drifts downwards even when setting the drone on a desk, all parameters have been configured to use rangefinder and not barometer for EK3. Attatched is the log of the drone sitting on the desk.

The issue was because I had not set EKF home origin
