Are RCin +5, GND pins on pixhawk 2.1 isolated?

Hello,

I’m currently working on a PCB for my drone with my lack of understanding of the pixhawk 2.1
and wonder does the RCin +5 or RCin GND pins need to be isolated?

if so where do they connect to on the pixhawk 2.1 80P connector?
