I am using Emlid Navio2 and QGroundControl. I connected them each other.
As you know doesnt have Firmware for Navio2 in QGroundControl.
How can i callibrate the sensors and connect the motors?

and try to use your Sub with ArduRover.

I had a look at the ArduSub documentation: there is a Navio2 ArduSub (3.5.3) available.
http://firmware.us.ardupilot.org/Sub/stable/navio2/ardusub
You can install and run it on your Navio2 (some linux command lines…). It depends if you are fluent with your RaspBerry settings.
