Arduplane v4.0.7 esc calibration issue

hi everyone i am facing problem with arduplane v4.0.7 ESC calibration issue. !
it is already higher version than AC3.3+
please suggest me how can i calibrate esc,
i am using
ESC: KDE 85UVC
Motor: KDE 5215XF 330kv
flight controller: Cube Orange.

as per KDE user manual I have set all the range parameter but during esc calibration i am facing issue. its not Working properly.

even tried Q_ESC_cal 1& 2 both option but not getting any result.

please suggest how can i move further
