Arduplane Commands 70 Percent of Throttle Without Airspeed on AutoTakeoff

With Arduplane 4.1.7 I’m getting throttle 70% on takeoff in Automode when there is no airspeed while with airspeed I’m getting 100%. Is anyone aware of how to configure arduplane to get 100% without airspeed?

What do you have TKOFF_THR_MAX set to?

The value is default, it is taking THR_MAX which is 100%.
