ArduPilot Monthly Update for June 2022

Here are the slides from the June 2022 monthly report presented by Tridge, Randy and a couple of others at this month’s Partners call.

The image on the left is of Peter Hall’s WIP “optimal mixer” (video, PR) which aims to improve how the low level motor mixer (responsible for calculating the final outputs to each motor) deals with situations where some motors have hit their limits which can happen during very aggressive flight or loss of motor(s).

The image on the right is of Tridge’s quadplane used during the development and testing of the enhancement to add support for up to 32 servos (quadplanes can use a lot of servo outputs)
