Ardupilot JR Support

Hi all,
I have a JR XG8 which I have been using with a ppm encoder with Pixhawk. I haven’t heard about JR support on ardupilot since this article:

Has there been any update since then and will there be some support for JRs in the future?

Not that I’ve heard of. It could be added of course, but there’s not much demand as JR stuff is pretty low volume.

Thanks for the update. Looks like most people are into Spectrum, Futaba and Taranis.
