It isn’t easy to collect all the information one needs to setup the ArduCopter software from
http://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/initial-setup.html.
If one like to print some information the printed output is on every changeover none readable.
My suggestion to supervisors:
please add a bottom to docs that print for example “Complete Parameter List”

Regarding a good printable version, indeed there is an issue about that: https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot_wiki/issues/337
The full parameter list would be quite long: http://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/parameters.html . The wiki itself try to provide the natural order to setup vehicles.
Despite that, the wiki is made in cooperative mode, and you can feel free to indicate specific errors of desirables by opening Issues in GitHub or by creating Push Requests to provide them as well. You can find how to do that on http://ardupilot.org/dev/docs/common-wiki_editing_guide.html
