I was donated a T1-Ranger VTOL by 3DXR in order to develop a good tune. Out of this has come several PRs that improve ArduPilot in different ways - so I believe it has been a net benefit to the project. Unfortunately the latest round of testing/tuning resulted in a near total write-off so this is a request for a replacement so that this process can continue.
