Description: Replacement EDU450, autopilot, GPS and herelink

In preparation for the AP Dev Conf AM32 ESC demo, Tridge and I prepared an EDU450 and Tridge now has that copter for his ongoing AM32 development. If approved this request will reimburse me for the cost of the parts. Note the prices are discounted prices (not retail price) plus shipping costs.
