NMEA GPS that boasts RTK compatibility at low cost. Users are having trouble configuring it. It may be incompatible with ArduPilot, but screenshots from the marketing hype show Mission Planner, and the basic specs indicate that it should work. Discussion here.
JFYI, there’s a very responsive and knowledgeable user at the Quectel forums, @bamarcant, who is interested in getting it to work with Ardupilot and is highly familiar with Quectel GPS modules. Definitely worth getting in touch with him.
