[APPROVED] Purchase Foxeer Reaper F745V3 for hwdef update

while working on docs for the F745V2 that Andy did recently, I discovered that the autopilot is no longer being produced and changed its IMU to 442688P…want to buy one and update the hwdef so we arent adding an already obsolete autopilot to the docs…

Planned amount $$ (USD): 110 inc tax

Estimated time for completion: 1.5 week after funding approval
