[APPROVED] CANFD bus analyser

A vendor testing our CANFD support ran across some timing issues in our bus config. I’ve setup a test and we are indeed getting bus errors in a 1MBit/5MBit BRS setup (which is likely to be the most common config for CANFD with ArduPilot).
The vendor recommended this bus analyser:

so I would like to get one to help with getting our CANFD support ready for stable in 4.5.x.
Cost is 260 euro plus shipping
