Wouldn’t this device result in a ‘star’ type topology of the CAN bus, not the recommended ‘line’ topology (as shown in the snap, which was taken from this doc)?
Or, assuming there is a termination resistor built into the device, wouldn’t the number of connected nodes be limited to 4?
The use case in this instance is just power injection.
