ApmPlanner crashes when connecting pixhawk due to audio bug

Hi

I’m running apm planner 2.0 from git. When I try to connect pixhawk to apm planner it crashes with the following output:

"~/apmplanner2/tmp_audio/mode_changed_to_rtl_for_system_1.wav" file not exist, create a new one INFO 2014-03-28T18:36:30.452 cannot open audio device plughw:0 Device or resource busy apmplanner2: pcm.c:1250: snd_pcm_writei: Assertion `pcm' failed. Aborted (core dumped)

Any tips? Thanks

This seems related to the text2speech solution on linux. Try disabling audio from the menu an d see if that works

Hi.

I disabled pulse audio in my ubuntu box and it worked just fine. Just not sure what about the specific cause of the error.

Thanks for the suggestion.

P.s I ran the following command do disable pulse audio

 pasuspender -- ./release/apmplanner2
