APM to CHDK Camera Link Tutorial Help

I have a sx260 with CHDK installed was using this Tutorial

I was wondering where ( CAM_TRIGG_DIST ) and
(RELAY_PIN: 13) and in Mission Planner V 1.2.98 the tutorial is using V 1.2.80 as I do not see them as listed

or is there a better way to set up CHDK for remote script starting and shutter

in MP please turn on advanced mode. then you should be able to find it.
