APM Pro (APM 2.5) getting CMD:241 error on accelerometer calibration on Mac, missing option?

Hi!
I’ve just bought an APM Pro Mini with a NEO-7M (supposed to be 7N…) from Banggood. I bought it because it was cheap and I wanted to get started with ArduPlane on a couple of wings to test it out, together with using my Parrot Disco as my main plane.

Anyways, I have the latest APM Planner 2.0.25, and I’m seeing some issues with calibrating the accelerometer. After reading through several different forum threads, I found that a setting in older versions (I found it in 2.0.19) called “Enable Ardupilot Text Severity Compatibility Mode (pre-AC3.4)”, and when enabling this and restarting APM Planner, the calibration works! Otherwise the countdown starts, but it’s not giving me the instructions.

So what do I do in newer APM Planner versions? The option is gone in 2.0.25…

The detect is automatic in newer version of APMPlanner avoiding the need for the setting. Post a log from the app_planner directory and we can probably see why it’s not working

Sorry, when you where asking for AC3.4 compat feature I failed to notice you are using ArduPlane. I think this will require a fix. Raise it as bug go http://github.com/ardupilot/apm_planner/issues and we can fix it in the next 2.0.26 release candidate
