APM Planner - Flight Modes

Hi,
MegaPirateNG - APM:Copter 3.0.1-R3
Hobbyking: Multiwii and Megapirate AIO Flight Controller w/FTDI (ATmega 2560) V2.0

I have been running Mission Planner 1.2.9x and all seems ok…
Thought i would give APM Planner 2.0 a go, it looks good…
but i notice that it did not show the flight modes that i had set in Mission Planner.
(and via versa)

Is this normal?
Can i just re-setup the flight modes in APM Planner 2.0,
or should i re-flash from scratch and only use APM Planner 2.0 for the setup.

You can switch between MP or AP2 freely. The flight modes should be reflected to be exactly the same. I’ve just verified that the feature is working as expected, and it is.

Are you sure you had a valid connection? Can you see the Full Parameter List (in Config/Tuning view)
