APM Planner 2.07 Unable to gain access to bootloader

hi all, when i try using the old 1.28 version planner i can flash my apm2.5 but when i try the 2.07 one i get

“Unable to gain access to bootloader”

Try the one of the latest daily builds.(firmware.diydrones.com/Tools/APM … 014-03-18/) There was an issue where the flasher was waiting just barely too long, causing the bootloader to timeout, this should be fixed.
