I’m completely baffled. When I arm my APM mini in either loiter or alt hold mode, the motors start spinning but then the quad completely ignores all other commands from my radio. I can arm and disarm using my radio but I can’t do anything else. Have no control over throttle or direction. The odd thing however is stablise mode works perfectly and I have full control. Please provide tlogs and/or dataflash logs to help troubleshoot your issue.

Your dataflash log needs to be a .bin (binary) file that can be analyzed with Auto Analysis or viewed with the dataflash viewer and not a text file printout.
