I was flying my quad in loiter mode this evening and it suddenly started spinning around the yaw axis without any input. It spun several times and then stopped. Any insight would be much appreciated (log files attached).
You should upgrade to 3.1.5 and turn on RCIN logs. 3.1.5 has fixes to a number of bugs that could crash you. Can’t diagnose properly. All I can tell you is that the copter was following the yaw rate command correctly, but I can’t see the RC inputs.

Thanks, not saying it’ll fix the problem, but you have an old version.
There’s no way to tell if you have a radio problem without getting a log with RCIN enabled or a tlog from you.
