APM 2.6 and Planner 2.09 USB problems

Hi,

Have a APM 2.6 with firmware 3.1.4 loaded.

I can FLASH the board from my Mac via Planner 2.0.9
I can terminal to the board and enter CLI commands.

But when I connect to the planner, I get NO parameter setup tabs on the left of the screen, nor do I get any flight data that feeds the PFD display.

I’m not sure what to try and do next to solve this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
