Could anyone tell me why i can change my PID in Mission Planner can decrease but not increase.
Have the last version 1.3.72 build 1.3.7463.24854

Because you try to use the latest MP with an ancient FC firmware version. Get an equally old version (around five years old) of MP, that will work. You find old versions here https://firmware.ardupilot.org/Tools/MissionPlanner/archive/
