APM 2.5.2 controlling from arduino [need help]

Hi everybody!
I am new at building a copters.
So I start a build one, I want to use an arduino with radio module to cotrolling the copter, but I dont know wich kind of signal i should set on INPUTS [1-4] of APM 2.5.2. When I send an analog signal ( analogWrite(3,255) it dont work ( dont see any change on the APRplaner menu RC calibration ) but when I change the signal on loop with delay 100, I can see how it grows up.
Plus when I power up the copter the ESC modules get me a pic signal onece at second, may be problem in this.
If anybody can , help :slight_smile:

p.s. I make the own RC recivier to make it more secure and cheaper
