APD F40 ESCs won't disarm?

I swapped out BLHeli32 ESC for some APD F40. I can’t get them to disarm? I’m running Dshot. Any idea what’s going on?

Hi Vosair, did you find a solution?
Do you want to check if any of these have any effect:
BRD_SAFETYENABLE , BRD_SAFETY_MASK , BRD_SAFETYOPTION
or
MOT_SAFE_DISARM,1

It seemed to have something to do with having the spin min too high. Then it did it again, with a different BLheli32 ESC.
