Angled Art. Horizon and failing acc. calibration

Hi,

I am very new to the multicopter hobby and am building a quad with the APM 2.5 running 3.2.1 .
Yesterday everything was flying fine I was using the autotrim and started tuning a little bit already.
Today when I took off I immediately noticed that my copter was yawing hard to one side. I tried to trim again (manual and auto) but to no avail.
The things that I changed overnight where: Adjust+test throttle failsafe pwm and compass (re-)calibration (this went very fast +/-30s)

So when I got back to MP first thing I notice is that my ARH is angled at +/- 10 deg. So I think that I maybe did not initialize on a 100% flat surface. So I try to recallibrate the acc. and I get fail after fail.

Could someone help me diagnose this problem or tell what I am doing wrong?
