An antenna tracker placed under a stratospheric balloon.

I would like to install an antenna tracker under a stratospheric balloon, which would direct a Yagi-type antenna towards a receiving station at a specified geographic location and altitude.
The payload beneath the balloon tends to rotate uncontrollably around its own axis and move sideways. Is such a configuration possible?
What settings should I input into the Pixhawk?

problably best using Blimp code to do targeting and use two thrusters on side to stabilize your antenna on a ball bearing. That will allow to counter any yaw effect
