Air Module of telemetry is stable green light but ground module keeps blinking

I am using 433khz 3DR Radio telemetry please help me fix the problem, Air Module of telemetry is stable green light but ground module keeps blinking, when both are connected
I have updated same firmware on airmodule using TTL UART to USB converter!!
