Aileron Control

I’m not sure if this is the correct form, but here goes!

I have a Skywalker 1900 which I am about to fit a Pixhawk. In the wiring documents that I have found so far, it shows only one servo output (from the autopilot) for the ailerons. The aircraft has one servo for each aileron, and in a normal r/c configuration these would usually be connected to separate outputs on the receiver rather than using a Y lead. This would allow easy setup of aileron differential etc. Is there an option to do this on the Pixhawk, or must a Y lead be used?

It is most common to use a Y-lead, but you can setup several aileron channels. See:
