Advance settings is missing

I loaded the latest mission planner and went to check on the settings for a few items and I could not find the advance settings. I get to flight modes, basic settings and such but no advance settings.

Are they only available when using hardware coms?

Where is the drop down located? Can you screen shot it?

I found it under planner settings, there is a check box to select from basic to advance.
