Adding new waypoint during the flight

Hello guys,I wanna ask one question:I detect target 's GPS coordinates during the flight.How can I add this GPS coordinates as a new waypoint during the flight on AUTO mode.

what are you using to detect? ie what hardware? is it capable of running other software?
