Adding New Command to Mission Planner

Hi,
I am using Mission Planner 1.3.75 version and trying to add MAVLink Command (I only added the required information to the mavcmd.xml file to show in MP.) but when I make a track and add a “GO_TO_WAYPOINT;” command,

I get the errors.

Is there anyone who help me, what can I solve this problem?
