Add Airframe Version Number to Mission Planner Header

Many people are discussing the issue of not readily seeing the software version of their airframe much the way the version number is displayed in the header of the Mission Planner. Recommend that when the operator connects to the airframe through the mission planner that the header shows both the MP and airframe software version numbers.
