A question to the parameter PILOT_Y_RATE

Hello,

I only fly scale helicopters and use the stabilise, althold and loiter modes.

In order to get a flight pattern as close to the original helicopter as possible, I would like the tail speed/rate (movement to the right or to the left) to be set as “slow” as possible.
I do not need the high tail speeds/rates of the 3D pilots.

Is the parameter PILOT_Y_RATE suitable for this?

Hi Heri,
Yes that parameter will set the maximum yaw rate that you can command with the yaw stick in all modes except for acro. That uses another parameter.
