Hi there my buddy and I are building two planes using pixhawk cube with 915Mhz telemetry. We found if one of us has our plane connected to our GCS through the 915Mhz radio and the other plane gets powered up, mission planner will start reading from the other plane. Or some times we get two GCS reading from the same plane. Is there anyway to have discrete channels on the 915mhz band?

You should change the NetID for one set of telemetry radios. This should fix your problem adequately.
