Using APM 2.5with a 3DR power module but I want to add a Pololu switch to power up the board. I need to isolate the 5 volt lines on the DFC 13 cable. I thought it was the red and adjacent black wire but the board powered up regardless

The “Mystery” port on the schematic is the PM connector port. You will notice that two of the outer cable wires (1&2) are +5vdc and the other two wires on the other side of the connector are the GND (5&6) wires.
