2.0.23-rc1 not showing Full Parameters

Using 2.0.23rc1 on MacOS El Capitan and, under Config/Tuning, I don’t see the the Full Parameter List. Standard Params seems to be working though. I can confirm that Params were 100% downloaded from the autopilot.

Did you enable the ‘advanced view’ under the File Menu?

I am also seeing this. So I can not fine a ‘File’ menu? I am ussing Ubuntu version .23RC1
What am I missing?
