So the DSHOTs can cause sudden desync. Think you might be on to something here. Had my drone crash for no apparent reason. Only saw a wonky number 3 motor which tested fine afterwards.
How did you tune the vehicle? Did you tune the FOC of the ESCs?
We should improve the culture.
The current culture of plug-and-play and expect all to work out of the box is very harmful. People have high expectations, and when it does not work they blame it on bugs. Instead of realizing that they were to blame for not doing the work configuring their systems.
This is my opinion after reading thousands of posts and helping hunderts of clueless users.

how is the foc tune of these esc?
i never read about this
The ESCs need to be matched to the engine (if they have FOC)
the flame esc dont have foc linear system right?
and the alpha esc with foc, how is the matching proccess to the motor? with the tmotor datalink module?
in the case of integrated arms with motor+esc of tmotor, i would think that there be match process done out of the box
