During RTL with my RC Helicopter a black spot is crossing the view of my video camera under the Heli. Later I viewed the video. I could see what that dot was only when I run the video frame by frame. It was a bumble bee about 2 meters in front of the Heli.
That is why I hesitate to believe the pilots were be able to identify a drone without any doubt at that speed.
Come on, let’s not compare cameras to human eyes.
