Shapefile support in creating mission plan

Maybe that last link didn’t work for some reason…here’s the unzipped files:

I refer to that you post,I was answering to Kiki that says that prj it’s good but not necessary; I check without prj and didn’t work; sorry my poor response, english is not my native language.

Instead it is not a good projection (EPSG:3857) for working, it works at this time.
Near to Fillmore.

I don’t know and forget that Mission Planner use gmap.net and not gdal … May be one day (Just dreaming :-/). But may be if you convert it to WGS84 4326, Mission Planner should be able to read the file without prj. I just say to work a shapefile need only 3 files and of course prj when user does not specify the projection is important

Thank’s Kiki for clarificate, I’m only try with and without prj file with my files without any conversion.

Thanks for your input! So, in response to Michael’s question, I now have a viable test file, right? And the coordinate system is “WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere”, with the shape file alongside projection information located here:

Is that what you need for testing @Michael_Oborne? Or maybe I’m still missing something?
