Most people do read docs, so do I:
While the preceding pages describe a standard build process using Git and a selected toolchain.
In my opinion, it sounds like building with provided toolchain should resolve the issues, right?

Not sure if this is related but sadly over a year now Mission Planner has a issue flashing firmware to some FC. a issue if your using a Hub like i do flashing can crash MP. The simple option try QGC to flash a ardupilot firmware as option. “I reflashed it starting with bootloader” yes that can work as well.
Hi @Quadzilla,
Thanks for the report. I haven’t seen this issue myself but I mostly use the CubePilot autopilots which may not be affected.
If you see this issue, let’s dig into it with MichaelO which means we need to send him the error message, board we’re using, etc. That could be here in the forums or, in the case of Mission Planner, it seems support is often handled in the Mission Planner issues list.
@Paul_Paku Thanks for the intro to this flight controller. I’m always on the hunt for new Ardupilot capable hardware.
It looks promising, especially after a barometer disaster I encountered with the JHEMCU H743HD. They are both budget class but MicoAir743 appears to be a more serious player. It has excellent connectivity first. However, I had to replace the SD it came with. It’s not a major issue but I lost few hours to resolve it. UART3 seems to switch Tx/Rx pins, too. It is version 1, they have a newer version 2.
