I’ve updated the firmware for the last version and I connected the 3DR on other pins and now it’s working. I don’t any errors.

Glad you got it working. The compass uses the I2C bus standard and it is subject to noise. So if the cable is too long or runs near strong rf fields it can have corrupted data which might explain why one compass was not agreeing with the other.
