Hey guys lately I’ve been interested in GPSless indoor autonomous flights. When I researched a bit I discovered that it is being done with very very expensive VIO Tracking cameras. Is there a way to fly gpsless with a LIDAR sensor ? Thanks.

It’s not lidar, but it works better than lidar

I figured out a way I guess. With a rangefinder, I put the drone into guided no GPS mode and make it go forwards and backwards in a SITL simulation yet.
