Your not annoying. Put that thought out of your head. Your like the rest of us. Learning how things work, struggling with what you don’t understand yet. But you will.
If you disconnect everything from the flight controller and just have the Lidar installed chances are the FC will power it. Just remember that the GPS and any other I2C devices are also being powered from the FC. So they are placing demands on the device as well as the lidar and that could be to much for it to handle.

Mate IT WORKED!!! THX A LOT FOR YOUR HELP!!! I connected the lidar to the serial port and everything worked fine.
