Well his initial concern was having to use two RC channel to arm/disarm and motor interlock. So the suggestions to use rudder arming. And that is how we got here.

If anyone holds full 3D reverse and full rudder on a Heli more than momentarily, it’s a miracle if disarming is the only concern…

…in years of heli FPV I never had to hold full rudder, rather half travel during stall turns or corkscrew.
Oh I agree, its not a big risk. Mostly wanting to know what things to consider to diagnose issues my self after a crash.
